The woman that helped me noticed that I had an appointment for a cat scan with contrast scheduled at 2:15 and an ultrasound later scheduled at 5:00 pm. She called the ultrasound person and asked if I could be seen any sooner. I was finished with all tests within one hour and I was treated with great professionalism, kindness, and consideration.

Never had a problem with staff. I been to this location several times and was always treated well. Was always seen close to my appointment time.

The girl at the desk that I spoke with Laura was very helpful told me to call if I had any other questions also the girl that did my EKG I think it was Tina and the one that did my cat scan Janine they were fantastic.

Update, the outstanding people here at IPMC make this the best and first choice for imaging. I have been to this locations multiple times. Wish I remembered all the names. Laura, Marie, and Basir, great people.

A huge thank you to Sarah, she has been doing my mammogram follow ups and she is just amazing! She is kind, treats you like she’s known you forever, she tries to keep you as relaxed as possible, especially in a time when you are stressed and panicked.

This is a very nice and helpful doctor’s office. The girl who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. She was able to get me an appointment in the same week. I am very grateful for the help and will definitely be using them again.

I was able to get an appointment rather quickly too which was a plus. At the appointment the front desk girls were friendly and the tech calmed my worries and made me feel comfortable during my testing. I can definitely say I will be returning for any testing I may need in the future.

Always a smooth process here. Everyone is super helpful and welcoming. I’ve recently had an X-ray and MRI done, all techs were comforting and professional.
